- Keep collecting. The listing says collected cash feeds levels and a multiplier. It does not publish the level curve.
- Expect other players to be able to take generators. The description says a theft can wipe your progress and tells you to trust only close friends.
The Welcome to Cashflow badge has no extra requirement beyond being in the experience. Its page label is a 100% freebie.
Cash rules that are actually written down

The listing does not explain what the funny action is, what prestige resets, or what it keeps.
